The Empathix Communicator Certification course includes 13 modules designed to immerse participants in the proven dialogue skills of top performers. The course is broken down into three key steps: Assess, Plan, and Express.
Step 1: Assess
Participants will learn how to assess themselves, others, and situations to gain broader contextual awareness that enhances their emotional intelligence and improves their communication skills.
Step 2: Plan
